Information you provide. If you contact PIRES by email or through a link on this website, your name, email address and message may be used only to reply to you, handle booking or press requests, and keep the relevant professional communication.

Google Analytics. With your consent, this website uses Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the site, such as pages visited, traffic source, approximate location, device and interactions. It is used only to improve the site and booking journey. Google Analytics is not loaded unless you choose “Accept Analytics”. Advertising features, Google Signals and ad personalisation are disabled.

Cookies and local storage. Google Analytics uses analytics cookies only after you consent. We also store your consent choice locally on your device so that we can remember it. You can change your choice at any time using the button below.

External links. Links to Spotify, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, SoundCloud and Mixcloud are activated only when you choose to open them; their own privacy policies then apply.

Sharing and retention. Personal information is not sold or shared for marketing. Analytics data is processed by Google as our service provider and retained only for the period configured in our Google Analytics account. Professional messages are kept only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your request or meet legal obligations.

Your rights. You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection to the processing of your personal data by emailing the address above. You may also complain to the Portuguese data-protection authority, CNPD.
